It is a two-storey house. The ground floor is next to the garden and there is the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. Going up the stairs we reach the two bedrooms, one of them has three single beds and the other a double bed. On the same floor, outside the bedrooms, there are two full bathrooms.

Pricing and availabilities

High season: €140 per night.

Mid season: €120 per night.

Low season: €105 per night.

To the final price of the reservation, it is necessary to add, in terms of cleaning, €50 for stays between 2 and 7 nights and €60 for stays of more than 7 nights.

The tourist tax is mandatory for people over 16 years of age and is not included in the price of the reservation. The amount of the fee is €1.75 per person per night (maximum 7 nights). Your payment will be made upon arrival.

During the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights and entries and exits must be made on Saturdays.

For Easter, Christmas and bank holidays, you must ask the owners what the minimum stay is.

The rest of the year the minimum stay is two nights.

Rules
  • Pets are not accepted.
  • It is not allowed to rent the accommodation for parties where the music or the volume of the voice may disturb the rest of the other guests.
  • Access to accommodation is not permitted for people who do not have a reservation.
  • Children must be relatively supervised,and both private and public facilities must be respected
  • In the pool, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
  • It is necessary to respect the hours of sleep and tranquility of both the guests of the other houses and the neighbors of the property.
  • Check-in from 17:00-21:00
  • Check-out until 11:00 (If there is no other reservation, they can stay until later).
Reservation and cancellation

When the reservation is made more than 30 days in advance, payment will be made as follows:

  • To make the reservation effective, a payment and deposit of 25% of the total amount will be made by bank transfer.
  • 30 days before arrival the rest of the amount will be paid by bank transfer.

When the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, payment will be made as follows:

  • To make the reservation effective, a payment and deposit of 50% of the total amount will be made by bank transfer.
  • The rest of the reservation amount will be paid on the day of arrival.
  • A full refund is obtained for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival.
  • For reservations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival, guests who request a cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation and at least , 14 days before arrival.
  • In the case of reservations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival, guests who request a cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation will receive a full refund.
  • If none of the above requirements are met, no refund will be given.

Upon arrival, all guests must be identified by means of a document that proves their identity. The establishment must keep a register of the people staying and must send this information to the General Directorate of the Police in accordance with the public safety regulations applicable to housing used for tourism.

The guest undertakes to take care of both the house and its furniture and furnishings and undertakes to replace and repair any loss, damage or deterioration for which he is responsible.

Also, the guest is responsible for the objects or personal property that he deposits in the accommodation and common spaces during his stay, and therefore, the host is not responsible for their loss, disappearance or theft.
